The Studio

Located in The Nicholas Building
Level 8, Room 821
(it says 21 above the door)
37 Swanston Street, Melbourne 3000

That’s on the corner of Swanston Street (next to SUBWAY) & Flinders Lane (a couple of steps on this side). There’s an entrance on both sides, & both lead to the lifts.
All 3 lifts run to the 8th floor.

On the 8th floor, come out of the lift, turn right, then a sharp left through the glass swing door.

Go straight ahead (Caves Gallery is directly ahead, at the corner).

Turn left, & our studio is the last door, on your left along the corridor - you’ll see 21 above the timber door. (It’s opposite NATURESTRIP record store).

Please knock on arrival & I’ll let you into the reception area.

If you do get lost OR you’re running late, please DM me on insta or, email me. I monitor insta & emails before my appointments & will be able to get back to you soonest.

toilets

In the Nicholas Building: There’s a small flight of stairs (about 8 steps) to access the toilets.

Unfortunately the building currently does not have a non gendered toilet (it’s something I’ll be pushing for with the building management). They are clean bathrooms & don’t have general public access, so are quiet. We have a key for you to access them.

Unfortunately the building also doesn’t have wheelchair accessibility toilets. Below is a map of toilets close by that do have accessibility.

Don’t hesitate to let me know what your individual requirements are prior to our appointment; my aim is to make my clients as comfortable and relaxed as possible during our time together..

PT access

Being in the CBD, public transport is plentiful. The Nicholas Building is one block from FLINDERS STREET STATION.
Or, any Tram that runs along SWANSTON STREET will get you there.

Recommended parking option

If you prefer driving, I’ve found a great car park with a perk…

It’s a nice, bright & well signed car park at the QV BUILDING, 222 Lonsdale Street.

If you park here, & purchase anything over $1 in QV, you can use the receipt & pay only $20 for the whole day! Very unheard of in the city! They’ve got a supermarket, food court & sushi there so you can stock up for your appointment before you come & then use the receipt on exiting.

When leaving the car park:

Go to the ticket pay station on Level B1. Insert your original car park ticket, followed by the discount ticket & your parking will automatically be discounted to $20. You can also visit the car park office on that same Level B1 for assistance. If you’re using the car park on Saturday or Sunday, it’s a flat $15 rate for the day, without needing the $1 purchase.

The Nicholas Building is a 5-10 minute stroll along Swanston Street from QV - or you can catch the tram (it’s free for that route).
